Development – This is often referred to as the new build strategy.  The process relies on building commercial or residential dwellings from the drawing board. Properties can be built to sell or to rent; both strategies highly benefit the business.

We enjoy being able to improve our local housing market by developing extensions or re-modelling property structures as well as developing new builds. Often old properties have large areas of adjoining land which can enable the development of another property or increase the square meterage by creating an extension.  Whenever the land allows us to develop more than a single dwelling, we take that opportunity to develop new builds or small apartment blocks.  We are always on the lookout for land which can be developed so if you may have or know of any land in this category, please get in touch.
