In 2016, Piotr and Pawel started as a small hard-working team. Our first project was a commercial conversion, purchased with the intention to convert into 7 flats for rent. Our next joint venture was a 12 bed HMO conversion with the intention to rent and build cashflow foundations. In the meantime, we increased our private portfolios with a few single let houses and HMOs. We also did flips and operated Serviced Accommodation properties. Were all the projects successful? Certainly not, but it spurred us on and we had quite a steep learning curve. The people we met along the way, the new contacts, and relationships we’d made opened considerable opportunities for the future. These projects equipped us with the confidence and experience to begin larger development projects. In 2021 we employed a team of specialists to build a strong foundation on which to grow our own development company without the need for external project managers and contractors. In 2022, our focus is on growing the company by building properties to rent, building to sell, and managing conversions for our investors.
Our key people are:
Piotr – One of the directors and a structural engineer with over 15 years’ experience. He has his eye on the detail, double checking every single document to ensure compliance. Piotr takes charge of all the technical aspects of the organisation. Due to his experience as an engineer, he has the skills and foresight to bring unconventional solutions meaning that the business benefits from a financial point of view.
Pawel – One of the directors who specialises in sourcing key contacts. Pawel manages and keeps an eye on investments, negotiations, and many other aspects of the company. He’s a natural problem-solver and always ready to help everyone on the team. Pawel always seeks new challenges and relishes overcoming obstacles.
So that we can provide a full service for our investors, we have two other companies which helps us raise funds, focus on dealing with investors and manage and sell properties.

We have created a building and development company to manage both ours and our client’s projects. Projects vary from simple single-storey extensions, complex conversions, right through to the development of apartment blocks and multiple houses. Thanks to our power team we are not limited to low-profit simple projects. We specialise in challenging projects – where a planning application has been rejected or planning conditions are too onerous for an inexperienced developer.
We seek out larger conversions and the development of dwellings from the drawing board. We have an experienced team on the board and we can run projects more efficiently and cost-effectively ultimately preventing delays.
Our key people are:
Gosia – An expert in serviced accommodation with solid experience in both financial and client services sectors. Gosia is conscientious with a keen eye for details and the ability to work effectively to tight deadlines. She supports the smooth running of our company by carrying out organizational tasks and projects. With her positivity and eagerness to take on new challenges she is a great addition to our team.
Iwona – An experienced interior designer and creative planner. Iwona thrives in creating modern solutions for clients’ homes. Her ability to visualize the potential of a home gives clients peace of mind that their vision will come to life through colour, space planning, and finish choices.
Piotr – One of the directors who has an overview of the whole project. Due to his extensive experience and time with a variety of external clients, he understands all technical aspects of development. He’s able to implement solutions in response to issues raised by builders, planners, architects, and other experts.
