Piotr Maruszak

Piotr is a civil and structural engineer with a passion for solving technical and analytical problems.

His dream was to become a structural engineer and work in the construction industry as a designer. Piotr graduated in Poland with an MSc. (Eng) in Building and Engineering Construction. He’s been based in the UK working as a consultant and Design Engineer since 2006.

Piotr always had an interest in the property market and when he researched investment
opportunities within the sector, that’s when he decided to create a BTL and then HMO portfolio which quickly grew into a development company. Alongside this venture, he also organises events for Polish investors in the UK.

He likes to be busy yet organised enjoying working to a full timetable each day. He thrives on working in a team and meeting new people. In his free time, Piotr enjoys reading, self-development and relaxing with his family.

Pawel Piotrowski

He is a dedicated entrepreneur and taveler whose career started in 2002. In short, his main characteristics are sagacity, perceptiveness and the ability to analyse situation.

These are outstanding assets which he extensively uses in dynamic business building and development.

In 2003 he started his first business activity which entailed running a range of various projects in several interesting fields.

He had no serious plans to deal with the sector strictly related to real property. Nevertheless, everything can happen in life. As a result of certain events, such as moving to the UK, and the knowledge of the building industry – which he learned inside out by the cooperation with his father – changed his attitude towards the real property business. In real property he found not only a financial potential, but also it became his passion and a way of life.

Pawel Piotrowski

Pawel is a dedicated entrepreneur who prides himself on being the organiser and diplomat in all his business dealings. He is shrewd and perceptive giving him the ability to analyse situations so that he can shape and develop the business.

In 2003, after completing his studies (Economics) in Warsaw, he began working as an Insurance and Mortgage Broker. Due to his time in this role, he established contacts which led his career over the coming years into the fields of finance, gastronomy, and medicine. He had no initial intention to move into the property sector but was open to anything which could showcase his skills. In 2016 he and his family re-located to the UK and with his knowledge of the building industry, which he learned from his father, he realised that the property sector was where both his passion and financial potential lay.

He is very task-oriented and relishes achieving goals in his professional and personal life. Pawel likes the challenges that present themselves during projects and enjoys developing of the business. Each year, Pawel enlarges his BTL portfolio alongside implementing residential, commercial, and new build projects.

In his spare time, he is a happy-go-lucky person with a real love of travel. He enjoys listening to techno music and playing strategy games.

Iwona Bator

An interior designer whose professional training along with her passion has been translated into a successful design and staging career.  As the owner of the Home Staging & Decor Company, Iwona works across Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire.
